Each Saturday, we follow the little chicks through the garden as they explore the changing season. Inspired by the beloved traditional song “Los Pollitos Dicen,” children and families will discover hens, chicks, corn, warmth, food, nature, and family care through Spanish songs, stories, movement, crafts, and hands-on garden experiences. The pollito theme will continue throughout all five classes, with a special pollito book woven into our learning each week, along with simple, child-friendly cooking activities that connect us to food, family traditions, and the joy of sharing together.
