Join Join us for my 20th annual Spanish immersion camp for children in grades K–5, where curiosity, creativity, and connection grow alongside Spanish language and literacy. Our program combines both dual immersion support and Spanish immersion into one enriching experience designed for learners at different levels—whether maintaining or building Spanish skills.
Set in a warm, nature-based home and garden in the Wiseburn School District area (Del Aire), children will explore Spanish through listening, speaking, reading, and writing while engaging in hands-on science and environmental learning, including gardening. Camp also includes outdoor art, creative expression, storytelling, music, and play—all in Spanish.
Children will learn and practice Spanish in a cozy outdoor garden, a cool indoor classroom, and an outdoor art studio, creating a balanced and engaging environment.
Families may enroll for 1 or 2 days per week for the full session, depending on what best fits their schedule. Camp will be held at a private home in the Wiseburn School District area/ Del Aire.

Join us for a joyful, nature-based Spanish immersion experience designed for children ages 4–8. This outdoor camp in our private garden welcomes both beginning learners and students currently enrolled in dual immersion programs, offering a supportive space to build, strengthen, and enjoy Spanish language skills.
Children will develop Spanish literacy through listening, speaking, reading, and writing using meaningful, natural language. Through Spanish stories and literature, songs, music and movement, board games, and creative expression, students will either reinforce what they already know or begin their Spanish journey with confidence and curiosity.
Our garden classroom provides hands-on learning experiences where children explore composting, plant and care for vegetables, and engage in environmental learning. Students will read Spanish books, create and care for a fairy garden, and participate in nature-based activities such as rock painting, outdoor art, and sensory exploration.
Set in a warm and inviting environment, each day offers opportunities to move, create, and connect—all in Spanish.
Families may enroll for 1 or 2 days per week for the full session, with drop-in days available as space allows.

Join us for a dynamic, hands-on Spanish immersion experience designed for children ages 9–12. This outdoor garden-based camp supports both developing and expanding Spanish learners, providing meaningful opportunities to build confidence in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
Students will strengthen Spanish literacy and oral language through real-world learning experiences that connect language to science, environmental education, and creative expression. Through Spanish literature, reading and discussion, writing activities, and collaborative projects, students use language with purpose.
Our garden classroom offers rich, hands-on experiences where students explore composting, plant and care for vegetables, and engage in environmental science. Activities include Spanish STEM investigations, outdoor art, rock painting, building and maintaining a fairy garden, Spanish board games, and music and movement—all designed to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and communication in Spanish.
Set in a warm, nature-based environment, students learn by doing—observing, experimenting, creating, and sharing their ideas in Spanish. Each day connects language to the world around them, helping students grow as confident, curious learners.
Families may enroll for 1 or 2 days per week for the full session, with drop-in days available as space allows.

Instruction is grounded in rich, meaningful materials that support both language and hands-on learning. Students engage with culturally affirming Spanish literature, primary resources, and reference materials to build vocabulary and comprehension. Real-life objects (realia), garden tools, plants, and natural elements are used to make learning concrete and connected to the environment. Children work with Spanish books, gardening materials, and recyclable items to create projects that reinforce concepts through doing. Teacher-created materials are thoughtfully designed to integrate listening, speaking, reading, and writing while supporting different learning styles. Together, these resources create engaging, authentic learning experiences that bring language, culture, and STEAM to life.
